Passionate about mixology, I took on the challenge of combining this universal art with my native culture: Moroccan culture. Training at the European Bartender School, years of rich experiences in Europe, and hard work allowed me to give birth to a newborn labeled Moroccan Mixology.

This newborn has grown and we are now a whole team that promotes mixology with a unique Moroccan touch, either among professionals in the field or among cocktail lovers. Several collaborators, one vision: to make cocktail tasting an special experience.
